Recently, SWS Academy provided the air component of a comprehensive exercise for one of the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was trained at our training base.<\/p>\n
According to the legend of the exercises, 2 groups were landed, landing on 2 different sites at the same time, at dusk.<\/p>\n
One group landed using the “HAHO” method (with personal weapons, a cargo container weighing 30-40 kg) from a distance of 17 km, the second group landed using the “DOSC \\ HAHO” method (with personal \/ group weapons, a large container with a volume of 140 liters and a load of 70 80 kg) from a distance of 12 km.<\/p>\n
Both groups built dense formations, in which they performed simultaneous landings on 2 different sites, and one group changed the landing site during the mission, due to a message about the presence of a simulated enemy patrol on the main landing site.<\/p>\n
In both groups, all specialists landed no further than 50 meters from the given landing point and from each other.<\/p>\n
Such exercises were held in Ukraine for the first time.<\/p>\n
All jump calculations were performed by the group navigators, SWS Academy provided a 2500 sq. m. no-fly zone. km (NOTAM), landing of groups according to the submitted application in time and coordinates, as well as medical support for training and evacuation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
